The Blank Canvas Event Package is perfect for hosts who want a simple, flexible venue rental with the freedom to create their event their way. This package includes private access to TD Event Space along with tables and chairsโgiving you the essential foundation to design your celebration exactly how you envision it.

โจ This rental package includes 8 total hours: 6 hours of event time, plus 1 hour before for setup and 1 hour after for cleanup.
The Blank Canvas Event Package Includes the Following:
Seating for up to 72 guests.
โ (9) Round or rectangular tables set up.
โ (72) Cushioned banquet chairs. (8 at each table).
โ (1) 6-ft Banquet table.
โ (1) 8-ft Banquet table.
โ You choose the layout.
Included Amenities.
โ Wi-Fi for guests.
โ Speaker system access with Bluetooth & (1) microphone.
โ Connect to your own Apple or Spotify playlist.
โ On-site Attendant.
๐ท For events serving alcohol, a licensed security guard and bartender are required; additional fees will apply.
Set-up & Clean-up.
โ Your 6-hour rental includes an additional 1 hour before & 1 hour after to use for set-up and clean up.
โ 8 hours total rental time.
